Criteria
The criteria for my new role is structured across three levels: A, B, and C. Each level outlines specific requirements in the areas of qualifications (or study and learning), knowledge, experience, and skills. Progression through these levels from A to C is based on successful assessment against these criteria. As I move up through the levels, my salary increases accordingly, while remaining within the current range, which is set at 5.
