Mid Term Goals

Since I am still in the probation period, my main focus is on meeting the Level A criteria, as those are essential. However keeping an eye on Level B & C is a smart move, in showing initiative and preparing for future growth.

This should be re-assessed by month 5-6 (August 2025 - September 2025)
